An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a Logistics-solutions company which has strong envision in smart technologies. They are in an expansion phase across Asia Pacific and the MD is currently looking for a PA cum Office Manager to be part of the team.

The Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for supporting daily admin activities to the MD and improving general administrative activities. He/She plays a pivotal role to the organisation's administrative support.

* Perform clerical and administrative tasks including claims submission, scheduling of appointments/meeting, drafting letters, emails, reports, and other documents
* Work closely with various departments to coordinate the induction of new team members and ensuring IT equipment availability, work in office / home arrangements
* Provide general support on office supplies and couriers
* Purchasing and maintaining Office Supplies, Catering, Stationery and /or Equipment
* Handle enquiries and correspondence of claims
* Handle personal calendar scheduling and email correspondences

The Requirements:
An ideal candidate would be someone who:

* Min 3-5 years of experience in general office administration
* Proficient in administration and office management
* Good written and communication skills
* Energetic and able to multitask
* Able to work independently and as a team
* Excellent time management and organization skills
* Candidates who can start work immediately will be added advantage
