Being used everywhere, from electrified transmissions to lightweight robots, the needle roller bearing is set to be part of the automotive and industrial future.

About the Role:

The main objective of this position is to oversee, organize and liaise the finance-related group operations. The candidate will be responsible for keeping track and handling of the financial progress and target accomplishments for the Asia-Pacific region.

He/she will be working closely alongside with the CFO and managing 2 Finance Managers. It is a requirement for this candidate to have manufacturing background specifically in the Aerospace, Automotive, and Industrial space.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for Corporate Controlling, Handling of Corporate Controlling team and Controlling community within Finance Asia-Pacific
* Preparation of business cases in conjunction with integration and establishment of new legal entitles / and or new locations/plans
* Coordination of group planning procedure and devising of budget within Asia-Pacific
* Orderly arrangement of the preparation of numerous financial reports for Asia-Pacific region
* Taking charge of financial research and prudent finance planning in cooperation with senior management
* Data analysis on different levels (e.g. Country, Region, Business Unit)
* Managing of action plans for target accomplishments and follow-up measures
* Know-how transfer related to finance fundamentals as well as application of controlling and finance tools
* Support for development of cost / benefits relations and numerous key figures
* Representation of Finance Asia-Pacific vis-à-vis- business partners

The Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Finance area, and with 2 years of leadership experience
* Obtained at least Bachelor's in Economics/Business Management
* Established track record in accounting expertise and controlling
* Strong in intercultural and communication skills
* Familiar with large and matrix organization with good stakeholder management
