About the Organization
The organization, owned by the Singapore government, is tasked with overseeing the strategic growth and administration of public healthcare facilities in the country, encompassing hospitals, polyclinics, and specialized centers. Its mandate involves enacting measures and programs to enhance healthcare provision, increase accessibility, and foster innovation within the industry. Its primary objective is to maintain an efficient, sustainable healthcare system that delivers top-notch care to the residents of Singapore.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
* Drive IT audits, advisory, and investigation work
* Plan, perform, and lead audits of complex systems and operations
* Deliver high-quality and efficient audit and advisory services
* Review operating systems, database security, and IT operational controls
* Coach and develop team members, manage IT auditors' performance and training
* Establish and maintain key business relationships with internal and external auditors
* Communicate IT audit findings to Audit Committee and Senior Management
* Present IT, Operations, and cybersecurity observations to senior management
* Evaluate IT application systems including business and clinical systems supporting hospital operations
* Assess application controls and review access controls, including SAP Authorization
* Utilize Data Analytics to identify improvements in application design and business processes
* Participate in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) reviews to advise on security and control features
* Review system availability, IT infrastructure setup, and disaster recovery readiness.
* Ensure staff compliance with Audit Procedures and manage resources and projects to meet internal audit plan
The Successful Candidates
* A degree with recognizable university in Information Technology or Computer Science
* IT audit experience in either external or internal capacities, preferably with audit consulting firms or principal corporations
* A plus should you come with experience in IT security implementation from various backgrounds such as in-house, Service Integrator (SI), or consulting firms
* Demonstrated track record in delivering internal audit and advisory projects, including the ability to evaluate IT internal controls and suggest improvements
* Deep understanding of complex business and IT processes and their associated risks
* Resourceful with strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* A plus should you come with various professional certifications in the fields of information technology, cybersecurity, project management, or agile methodologies
* A plus should you come with knowledge of a range of technologies including Microsoft, open source (e.g., Linux), SAP HANA, OBIEE, SQL, RPA (e.g., UI Path), Oracle, cloud hosting, behavioral analytics, datacenter operations, or SaaS (Software as a Service)
