Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading Japanese MNCs. Due to expansion, they're actively looking to hire an Information Security Assistant Manager in their Regional HQ in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

As an Information Security Assistant Manager, you will be supporting regional information security & ICT manager for Information Security related activities in the Asia Pacific region (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Bangladesh, and Australia) according to their Group ICT strategy as following:

* Execute Information Security Strategy in line with their Group policy

〇 Understand policies and procedure standards and work closely with Intelligent
〇 Information Management Headquarters in Japan to ensure compliance of respective subsidiary in AP region 〇 Collaborate with Headquarters on security guideline establishment for AP region
〇 Coordinate with Headquarters on any security related inquiries from subsidiaries

* Support information security activities of subsidiaries in AP region

〇 Communicate with the information security core person / ICT person in charge of subsidiaries and support promotion of such activities
〇 Develop and deploy activity packages to share the solutions (Consulting, Training, Process and Tools etc.) as necessary

* Conduct Internal Audit / Assessment of Information Security for subsidiaries

〇 Carry out internal audits and/or assessments in line with their group policies and internal rules to further promote business process improvement and enhance corporate governance
〇 Follow up closely with subsidiaries to track issues, findings, etc. being found during internal audits and/or assessments for necessary improvements

* Support subsidiaries for system security management and security incident related matter

〇Support security software implementation
〇Assist the security incident response and IT related BCP

* Support ad hoc request and other ICT & information Security related task

〇 Carry out the task assigned by Regional ICT & Information Security Manager

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
* Minimum 7 years of working experience (IT related Internal audit / Internal control experience is preferred)
* At least 2 - 3 years of related working experience in information security
* Interpersonal skill & ability to work in cross-cultural environment is a must
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email (Office 365)
* Project management skill is preferred
* Relevant working experience in Regional HQ is advantageous
* Experience working in Japanese MNC would be advantageous
