Our Client:
RGF represents a multinational automotive supplier headquartered in USA. One of the largest automotive suppliers in the world. They are actively looking to hire a Staff Engineer, Software Engineer to join them.
The Responsibilities:
* Leads in the design, development, and implementation of software activities according to the achievement plans using approved engineering processes per the Product and Process Development procedure and the Common Software Process to meet Customer requirements
* Leads in the design, development, and verification of software for new products
* Leads in the design and development of modular software algorithms
* Design and develop defect free software for new automotive applications
* Implements the Common Software Process in all software activities
* Provides technical resources to the software competency
* Interface well with multi-disciplinary team to acquire team goals within department cost and quality objectives
* Provides software support to manufacturing for existing products
* Meets Departmental Cost / Quality / EIT objectives
* Designs and develops new products to meet Design center requirements
* Provides technical support to production start-up
* Develop new technology and processes
* Meets departmental Cost and Quality objectives
* Interacts with vendors / suppliers in product developmental stage
The Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering
* Project Management Professional Knowledge / Certification would be an advantage
* 5+ years' experience Project / Engineering role in electro-mechanical device / Automotive Industry
* Involved in New Product Development Conceptualization to production in automotive field
* Team Lead experience
