Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a well-established global presented property development company, they are actively looking to hire a System and Finance Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

Systems Related

* Responsible for project management of finance systems, including liaison with system consultants for problem solving

* Organise training and UAT sessions between project and finance teams

* Manage communication with key stakeholders of projects including overseas

* Able to work independently and ensure that all required documentation is completed, or for any assigned implementation task

* Able to manage multi-implementations at any point in time

* Work with head office system teams by providing feedback on any product features, assisting in testing, and getting user feedback on systems

* Perform periodic user accounts and access rights review to ensure compliance of system application security

* Any other ad hoc tasks in the area of finance/ finance systems

Management reporting/Data analysis

* Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting

* Monthly variance analysis against budget, YoY comparison

* The Company's Group target tracking (AUM, acquisitions, divestment, equity fund raise)

* Monitoring and tracking of performance of Company's investments

* Finance system integration with overseas platforms, offices

* Various reporting to Company

* Procure insurance for the Company, the managers and the Company's REITs/trust and funds, and overseas' offices

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related with at least 5 years of relevant experience in system management and implementation

* Proficient in systems, including but not limited to Yardi, SAP, BPC, Argus, RSA Archer, and understands system logics

* Proven track record of successfully delivering finance projects on time, working with various internal and external teams

* Effective project management and communication skills - Be able to apply best project management practices to lead and implement end-to-end projects for various finance system implementations and upgrades

* Strong planning and organisation skills

* Good analytical skills & effective problem-solving skills

* Time management and ability to work under tight timeline. "can-do" attitude and strong commitment to deliver business objectives
