Our Client:
Our client is a master in designing and detailing of retail stores that improves retail operations and drive productivity by helping brands and retailers improve their shopping experience. They are actively looking to hire a Project Executive to join their team.
About the Role:
Project Executive responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and completing reports. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
The Responsibilities:
* To assist in developing and serving assigned clients
* To coordinate with variety stakeholders managing deliverables of the projects are on schedule and as per the requirements of clients
* Knowledge in technical process, ability to articulate with sub-cons & workers
* Brief contractors on project set-up requirements and timelines
* Liaise with internal team on project & site drawings
* Liaise with internal team and vendors on projects
* To ensure project problems are well solved and rectified to meet client's expectation
* To work independently in all aspects of project management
The Requirements:
* Min 'O'/Diploma/Degree holder
* Min 3-5 years of related Project Management at site experience
* Min 2 years' experience in interior fit out especially retail project
* Able to multitask, work under pressure, independent and to meet tight deadlines
* Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill
* Able to take on night work and weekends during projects
* Knowledge of AutoCAD wfill be an added advantage
* Travel in SEA may be required
