Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a global player in network and internet related solutions. They are looking for an experienced candidate as a Customer Support Engineer to provide IT customer support to their clients within and outside Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Act as main contact to liaise with partners and external service providers to resolve customers' network issues.
* Expedite incidents and log tickets
* Analyse and troubleshoot incident and ensure timely communication with all parties involved
* Perform acceptance testing when required to ensure service delivery quality
* Document and update support processes and participate in projects to enhance company business

The Requirements:

* Possess understanding of network related technologies and systems, firewalls, routers, VPN solutions, etc.
* Educational background or relevant work experience from engineering or telecommunication related field
* Ability to communicate in English and Japanese to be able to liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking customers
* Strong team player
