Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is the world's leading provider of surface coatings for polymer and metal processing industries, with HQ in Switzerland. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to achieve company's revenue growth objectives, as well as maintaining company's image in the marketplace.
The Responsibilities:
* Propose suitable product/ services according to customer's requirement
* Submission of proposals, determine and create quotations for services
* Handle quotations, orders as well as correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction
* Maintain good working relationship with customers to ensure high customer retention and business growth
* Provide support to marketing team on events to create new sales opportunities
* Develop new customer focusing on services, quality and industry know-how, collect information of successful and failure cases
* Assist in sales team activities, preparation of presentation materials and conduct sales promotion work
* Development of junior staff, information sharing among sales team to multiply success stories
* Generate weekly visit report as and when required
* Other functions as assigned by supervisor
The Requirements:
* Diploma/ Degree in Chemical/ Engineering or similar discipline
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience of inside sales in Chemical/ Metal/ Plastic Processing Industry
* Computer literate, good working knowledge in MS Office and CRM tools
* Possess class 3 driving license with own car
* Independent, organized, with good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good time management skills, able to work in fast-paced environment
