Our client is the leading game publisher looking to deliver great experiences to mobile gamers. They operate numerous popular games with millions of players across the globe and are looking for an awesome Associate Producer to help deliver and maintain awesome games to millions of players around the world!
About the Role:
The candidate for the Associate Producer role should have an experience in the development and successful launch of mobile games in Asia.
An enthusiastic, self-driven Associate Producer who has love and passion for mobile games is what we're searching for. A self-starter and team player are essential qualities in a candidate. It's critical to have the ability to manage activities and deliverables.
He/she will collaborate closely with the mobile team to optimize the performance of the mobile product.
The Responsibilities:
* Work closely with data analytics team to recommend monetization / retention improvements and enhance player satisfaction
* Work closely with mobile publishing head to drive project KPIs
* Able to work effectively with a diverse team and manage external vendors
* Able to manage project schedule across multiple verticals, resolve issues, and deliver on time
* Work closely with producers to oversee and manage internal and/or external resources to meet production schedule
The Requirements:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, with two or more published works
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
* Knowledge of Asian gaming markets and industry trends
* Capability to make game operation decisions using metrics
* Capability to show significant adaptability and resilience in the face of change
* Capable in handling tight deadlines and being responsible
