Our Client:
Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of equipment and solutions in the food industry, with a global footprint and is headquartered in the US. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be responsible for the development and execution of sales and marketing plans.
The Responsibilities:
* Development of action plans within assigned territory, in charge of sales performance of distributors and channel partners to ensure sales objectives and targets are reached
* Development and maintaining sales pipeline to achieve sales target
* Work closely with marketing team to alignment of information and consistent profitability within assigned territory, and create awareness for products
* Provide marketing strategy support to execute product launching, roll-out programs, training, case studies, competitor benchmarking, trend analysis, marcom, etc.
* Monitor progress of distributors and sales team on all opportunities on weekly and monthly basis
* Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operation
* Support product trainings and support on field trials to internal and external stakeholders
* Represent brand at activities, events and programs, to create business opportunity and demands
The Requirements:
* Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Engineering / Culinary
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with ability to work with diverse and multinational teams
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with good understanding of regional commercial process, as well as product performance and customer satisfaction
* Candidate with data analysis skills will be an added advantage
* Flexible, independent, and with good communication and interpersonal skills
