Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top electrical and electronics manufacturer and sales companies, with headquarters in Japan. Their focus is in Living and Industrial Products. They are actively looking for a Compensation & Benefits Executive / Senior Executive to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Manager the full spectrum of payroll processing including preparation of payroll reports
* Manage government statutory submissions and claims
* Involve in the design, development, and implementation of HR policies
* Manage employee insurance renewal
* Support in budgeting exercise
* Prepare HR data analytics for management
* Any other duties being assigned

The Requirements:

* Minimum Degree in Human Resources or related field
* At least 2 years' experience in HR, particularly in payroll
* Good knowledge in labour law
* Meticulous with eye for details
* Proficient in Microsoft Office application
