Our client is a regional telecommunications company offering services in internet and ethernet connectivity solutions, cybersecurity, cloud & data centre services, and IT managed services. The Responsibilities:
The Project Engineer holds the responsibility for the technical and engineering dimensions of their designated projects. They strategize, forecast, and oversee all technical assignments throughout the project, ensuring precision, appropriate resources, and quality delivery from initiation to completion.
Beyond supervising project planning and execution comprehensively, the Project Engineer is expected to be hands-on committed to manage technical aspects, ensuring that project deliveries adhere to specified timelines and meet required standards.
The Project Engineer sits in the regional project team and will report to the Project Lead based in Singapore.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Work closely with Project Manager and other Engineers to facilitate project fulfillment, which includes implementation and deployment
* Ensure the project deliverables follow timeline, budget, and scope
* Supervise and handle project documentations and other required deliverables
* Address technical and design issues that arise within the projects
* Configure all network devices within the project
The Responsibilities:
* Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field
* With at least 4 to 5 years of experience in related field
* Experience in Project Management, Network Deployment or related experience is a bonus
* Well-versed in Networking (i.e. Routing, switching, and general network infrastructure)
* Knowledge in Network Security (i.e. Firewall) is a must
* Good team player and able to work independently

Other Information:
* Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm (weekends & PH on standby)
