Our client is one of the most rapidly expanding brands within the Telecommunications sector of Asia Pacific. We are dedicated to continuous improvement and providing consistently exceptional service to our valued customers.
As part of our expansion strategy, we are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, spanning across headquarters and regional offices, to evaluate business needs and pinpoint issues and opportunities across various departments and projects
* Implement IT solutions and offer operational expertise to establish standardized policies, procedures, and processes to enhance work efficiency
* Assist business leaders in navigating change management initiatives
* Create analysis and monitoring tools to facilitate ongoing improvements in overall business planning
* Document and keep updated workflows and standard operational procedures
The Requirements:
* Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field
* Knowledge or experience in Visio, Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or Project Management is advantageous
* Proficiency in advanced Excel, as well as competence in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Possesses an analytical mindset and a focus on processes
* Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to meet crucial deadlines
* Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment
* Willingness and ability to travel, as and when required
