Our Client:
Our client is a manufacturer offering both sales service and after-sales support for fluid control equipment. They are looking for an Engineer Executive (M&E Trade) to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
・Provide effective and timely services and supporting all existing scheduled projects
・Provide sales support on technical specification & information, data, drawings
・Project quotation specification confirmation and technical clarification
・Creating and checking of 2D & 3D CAD drawings
・Provide consultation and offer workable solutions to help solve customers’ concerns
・Do on-site technical assessment and provide engineering solutions
・Presentation and training to internal and customers
・Provide support for Investigation and reports of defective products
・Provide technical support to workshop and warehouse of the company
・To think of business improvement activities
Requirements
The Requirements:
・Have basic drawing skills and able to read CAD drawings
・Good knowledge on valves and instrumentation will be added advantage
・Experience in process & control or instrumentation service industry will be added advantage
・Decisive, driven, and with the ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions
・Result-oriented with strong leadership, organizational and planning skills
・Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint
・Good people management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
