Our Client:
Our client is a listed property firm with assets across Asia. With many accolades and awards under its name, our client is actively looking to hire a performance driven Leasing Executive/ Senior Executive (Commercial) to join its team. This role reports to the Head of Department and is a hands-on role where you will be fostering strong business partnership with retailers and commercial tenants. You will be responsible in lease management Grade A mixed-use development in Central Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
As a Leasing Executive (commercial) , you will be tasked the following:
* Planning and implementation of leasing strategies to maximize occupancy mix for assigned portfolio
* Management of end to end lease function for assigned portfolio
* Value propose new leasing concept or tenant mix to help improve property performance
* Be the Company's ambassador by fostering strong tenant & landlord relationship
* Preparation and issuance of Tenancy Agreement and Letter of Offer are executed in timely manner and follow up on the execution of the agreements
* Proactive in sharing of information within department and ensure the organized filing and safekeeping of data and information
* Accurate updating of lease details in database, rent rolls and lease summary etc for reporting purposes. To inform and liaise with related departments to prepare for smooth tenant hand over including ensuring that survey of leased premises
* Work with facilities management and finance team to ensure smooth day to day operations of the portfolio and good tenant's experience and to highlight any opportunities to improve property performance and work processes
The Responsibilities:
To apply for Leasing Executive/ Senior Executive (commercial), you should:
* Possess a recognized Diploma in Real Estate or its equivalent from recognized tertiary providers
* Worked minimum 3 years on leasing function as a landlord rep. Someone with dynamic experience of working both with real estate agency and developer will be preferred. Those with more than 5 years experience will be considered a Senior Leasing Executive
* Proven track record in bringing new lease concept or tenant mix will be preferred
* Possess traits like goal driven, enterprising and good organization ability will be a good fit for the team
