Job Description

IT Manager

Our Client:

We are currently working with a leading logistics real estate platform company with an extensive geographical reach in APAC to look for an IT Manager for Singapore office. This is a key leadership role in the company where the individual will be responsible for the smooth running of the IT infrastructure and systems and will manage a small IT team.

To be successful in this role:

You need to have hands-on technical administrative skills in Windows Server (2012-2019) domain environment such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Hyper-V, WSUS, and etc. You should also have strong experience in Microsoft Office 365 platform, system resource capacity planning and system design. You are well versed with MAS regulatory framework including guidelines on Technology Risk Management and Cyber Hygiene. You have experience in writing technical documentation i.e. policies and procedures. You are able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage over-all internal IT infrastructure including but not limited to:

* Server and desktop management

* Network and security management

* Risk assessment and mitigation

* Device and asset management

* Vendor management

* Audit and reporting

* Annual budget and expense reporting

* Propose changes and improvements in the IT infrastructure to comply with MAS' Information Technology/Outsourcing/Business Continuity Guidelines

* Support company's requirements and direction

* Improve users' experience based on industry's best practices

* Write and update company's internal policies and procedures, Staff Call Tree and other documentation required by MAS Guidelines.

* Spearhead the annual disaster recovery testing and ensuring that key matrices are reported timely to the Management.

* Train and update employees of any changes in security controls, policies and procedures.

* Support the Head of Department in all other department matters, as and when required.
