Our Client:
Our client is a multinational blockchain technology company which was originally established in Japan.
They are now looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team in Singapore as a HR Manager.
The Responsibilities:
* Employee development and retention
* Recruitment and talent acquisition
* Workplace operations
* Provide administrative support in the development and review for HR operational excellence
* Administer HR-related paperwork to ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations
* Support and advice to the senior management
* Plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities
The Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Singapore
* In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, grovel recruitment etc.)
* Possess experience in strategic planning and implementation
* Good team player and able to work independently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
