Our Client:

We are assisting a listed REIT entity to look out for a Procurement & Contracts Executive. This role will report directly to the Assistant Manager who enjoys sharing best practices and assimilate the position holder who is looking to specialize into the field of property contracts and procurement process.

The Responsibilities:

As a Procurement & Contracts Executive, your key responsibilities includes:

* Monitor expiry dates of maintenance contracts
* Overseeing and execution of Bulk tender for common maintenance services
* Manage tender process by conducting briefing, closing, analysis, interviews, recommendation of approval and notification to selected vendor
* Manage the OEM contracts renewal
* Generate, check and endorse monthly Summary of Term Contracts for Finance Department to be provided to them via hardcopy and softcopy (pdf and excel)
* To look at various contract procurement and agreement improvement methods and strategies
* Active engagement with divisional stakeholders on project requirements and requirements for tender exercise
* Populate 3 months worth of average consumption of buildings requiring electricity procurement
* Management and operations of Central Car Park Management System (CCMS)
* Adhered to SOPs relating to application, renewal, refund and terminal policies for cars, lorries, containers, open top bulk bins including wheel clamp process and Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) application
* Handling of customers' complaints, feedbacks and requests
* Management of service contractors and suppliers
* To manage and facilitate auditors during audit monitoring periods

The Requirements:

To qualify for the role, you are required to possess at least:

* Preferably 2 years of relevant administrative experience
* Graduate with a min diploma in real estate or Business Administration
* Strong in administration, co-ordination and follow-up skills
* Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-pace environment
