Job Description

Title: Sales Manager

Our Client:

Our client is a precision medicine biotechnology company with its headquarters in Korea and provides various genomics service and supports various research.

The Responsibilities:

* Client visits, primarily in Singapore, to understand their project needs, offer solutions and discuss pricing.
* Assist in establishing effective sales strategies and tactics that result in new business generation and expanding current business within assigned territory
* Achieve annual sales targets and average monthly revenue quotas on a consistent basis.
* Coordinate with other team members
* Generate quotations
* Provide sales forecast, manage NGS(Next Generation Sequencing) and CES(Capillary Electrophoresis Sequencing) sale pipeline
* Participate in tenders
* Participate/organise sales events

Provide sales reports as required

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in biology/biomedical science or equivalent field, with 5-7 years genomics sales experience preferred
* Organized and keen attention to details
* Adhere to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
* Strong negotiation skill
* Excellent verbal and written communication skill
* People-oriented professional with strong relationship building skill
