Title: AP Accounts Executive (1 year renewable contract)
Our Client:
Our Client is a Japanese shipping service company . They are is looking for an Accounts Executive (AP) to join their finance & accounting team.
The Responsibilities:
* Primarily responsible for Accounts Payables namely processing of invoices and payments
* Maintains and updates the AP Ledger, ensures reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers to GL
* Responsible for cashflow projections to ensure sufficient working capital is maintained and/or that excess cash be used for Fixed deposit placements
* Primarily responsible for computing amount of cash available for distributions to pool participants every month
* Assists in preparation of schedules for the purpose of month-end close and audit
* Any other duties as assigned from time to time
* Possible to be converted to permanent after completion of 12 months contract
The Requirements:
* Min. 2-3 years relevant working experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Positive attitude with cheerful and approachable personality
