Our Client:

Our client is an international organization that provides a wide range of spare parts & supplies to the Warehouse, Workshop, and Logistic Industry.

The Responsibilities:

* Handle walk in customer during office hours
* Handle local (Singapore) customer/client
* Acting as the internal contact with customers and the various departments to provide the best guaranteed service to our customers
* Interpreting, following up and administratively processing of incoming requests for offers and/or orders in an efficient way according to fixed procedures, so that the expectations of the company and the customer are met
* Maintaining contact proactively with customers to inform them about products, services, and promotions in order to realise the team goal in the field of turnover and market share
* Entering into and maintaining a good relationship with the company's customers, in order to turn the company into a preferred partner
* Collaborating on the good management of the counter sales desk in its shop function, in order to give the company the right image
* Updating, maintaining, and sharing professional, product, market, regional, and technical knowledge, so that the products and services being offered will be continuously based on up-to-date knowledge
* Applying the specific knowledge of languages for varied purposes so that the company can inform all customers in a professional manner
* Looking up parts in close collaboration with Part Specialist, in order to obtain a solution that is acceptable both for the customer and of the company
* Carry out tasks assigned by their supervisor that are essentially related to their duties

The Requirements:

* Sales-oriented person with at least 1 year related experience
* Customer-oriented thinking and acting
* Knowledge of incoterms
* Possess Standard Computer Skills
* Sense of initiative
* Stress resistance and flexible attitude
* Diplomatic attitude in function of customer contacts
* Solution oriented thinking
* Team player
