Job Description

Our Client:

Our Japanese IT company is currently looking for a Sales Assistant. He/She will be responsible for providing support for sales activities.

The Responsibilities:

* Support to develop new client such as creating proposal material, accompanying visits to clients, credit investigation, registration new client, creating quotations and agreements etc. (Not required of business development and negotiations)
* Account management for existing clients (e.g. Renewing contracts)
* Project coordination as a Sales side such as creating quotations and agreements/communication with engineers, clients, and vendors / order arrangements / delivery schedule management / issuing statement of delivery / sales management / Payment confirmation, etc.
* Response inquiries from clients (Tel. & E-mail)
* Arrangement and attending dinner with clients (attending is not mandatory)
* Attending internal meeting (e.g. Sales Meeting, Company Meeting) and external meeting (e.g. Client Meeting, Partner Meeting)
* Ad-hoc duties if required

The Requirements:

* Min. 2-3 years of working experience as Sales related position (Sales, Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, etc.)
* Understand the process of sales activities (e.g. Cost calculation - Quotation submission - Sales recording)
* Basic level of Excel, PPT skills
* Working experience in IT industry will be advantage
