Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is an asset financing and leasing services company originally founded in Japan.
They are now looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team in Singapore.
The Resposibilities:
* Execute and ensure smooth drawdown and remittance process
* Prepare and send bank funding letters
* Confirm funding interest rates with banks and seek approval
* Prepare internal and external remittances for approval
* Monitor cash movement and inform Marketing department if there is any delay in customer repayment
* Alert on impending instalment payment delays which may result in overdraft
* Plan and prepare rollover schedule for approval
* Utilize cash surpluses and paydown outstanding loan principals so to minimize funding cost
* Update instalment list agreement for fixed/floating transactions
* Prepare bank reconciliation
The Requirements:
* 3 - 5 years of related work experience
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or equivalent
