Our Client:
Our client is a well-known financial institution in Singapore, with offices and branches across the world.
They are looking for a Senior Leasing Executive to handle marketing and leasing of commercial and residential properties in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Sourcing for prospects and securing tenants to optimize properties occupancy rate
* Take part in negotiation process
* Handle new lease and follow up on contract renewal
* Develop good working relationship by providing excellent service to achieve repeated business
The Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing/ Real Estate Management or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-driven and independent
* Able to work in fast-paced environment
