Our Client:
An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a MNC Engineering company which has strong envision in smart technologies. They are in an expansion phase across Asia Pacific and is currently looking to hire an Accounts Executive (Payable) to be part of their Accounts team.

The Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for supporting accounting activities of the Office in Singapore. He/She plays a pivotal role to the organisation's in managing day-to-day accounting matters.
* Preparing and posting of bank transactions for outgoing payments and forward contracts.
* Posting of invoices internally and to 3rd party vendors
* Reconciliation of bank accounts, cash in transit accounts, forward/hedging contracts etc.
* Handle month-end related duties
* Handling of GST / VAT
* Internal control documentation and year-end audit schedules for external auditors
The Requirements:
* An ideal candidate would be someone who:
* Candidates who can start work immediately/ within 2 weeks' notice will be an advantage
* Min. 3 years of relevant AP experience in MNC preferred
* Strong written and communication skills
* Energetic and able to multitask
* Able to work independently and as a team
* Excellent time management and organization skill
