Our Client:

Our client is a leading Telecommunications Services provider in the mainland of China. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Korean Speaking Solution Manager to join their Hanoi, Vietnam office.

About the Role:

* Support sales in presales and solution, especially for enterprise business

* Responsible for the technical support to customers and HQ for company's services

The Responsibilities:

* Helping Sales in handling technical request from customers. Prepare technical solution for customer requirement

* Working with customers/HQ solution team to work out optimized solution to customer's requirement

* Interface with local / international provider for project status update and report on a regular basis during service provisioning

* Coordinate end-to-end testing and commissioning, acceptance testing on IP services and bundle equipment with Project Management Team in APAC and HQ

* Follow up with customer and Headquarters for Acceptance of services

* Analysis fault logs in order to support common trends and underlying problems

The Requirements:

* Degree in Information and Technology or related fields preferred

* Min. 2 years in telecom or ICT related field

* Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Visio

* Travelling is required

* Proficiency in Korean and Vietnamese to liaise with native Korean/Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders
