Our Client:
Our client is a leading global Maritime Technology Company. They are actively looking for an Accountant to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Involved in the invoicing and credit control activities for Singapore, Hong Kong, United States. Assist to monitor and ensure timely issuance of invoices and credit notes to customers
* Preparation of monthly revenue journals for closing activities
* Preparation of inter-company reconciliations and other balance sheet schedules
* Assist supervisor for preparation on annual assessment of credit worthiness of customer
* Assist in accurate preparation of monthly revenue and margin analysis for APAC & Americas
* Assist in yearly budgeting exercise and forecasting exercise
* Assist in external audit for region
* Assist supervisor on ERP development projects and system enhancement
* Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Accounting
* Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
* Experience in process improvement for ERP systems
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player & proactive "self-starter" able to achieve business & personal objectives
* Must be willing to be hands on
