Our Client:

Our client is one of the world's leading internet companies based in Tokyo and they are currently looking for a Product/Project Manager to join them.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible in managing and profit and loss of products
* Managing ad products improvement, which proceed roadmaps and release plans to improve ads performance with our engineering team in Singapore and business team in Japan
* Decision making about ad product's requirement
* To discuss with Salesperson and Agencies/vendors
* Agencies/vendors management including contract and daily operation flow
* Leading improvement activities in operation with team, other teams, and Agencies/vendors
* Data analysis is required for clarifying the issues and improvement points
* Task management and schedule management considering business situation
* Responsible to achieve goal KPI by developing strategy for ad product improvement & expansion

The Requirements:

* Someone who is capable of task management for multiple projects in parallel
* Must have excellent communication skills and conflict management skills
* Must have a capability to perform detailed work precisely such as report creation and data analysis
* Good understanding in the internet advertising industry and internet technology
* High commitment to achieve the goal as a team
* Knowledge in real-time bidding "RTB" platforms is advantageous
