Our Client:
Our client is one of the top FMCG companies dealing with Food & Beverage headquartered in Japan. They are actively looking to hire a Public Relations Assistant to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Assist in Public Relations & Marketing Activities (Indoor & Outdoor)
* Conduct on-site & virtual factory tours in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with native Mandarin-speaking clients
* Attend to customer's enquiries
* Filing of documents & updating of records
* Perform any other duties as assigned
The Requirements:
* Possess a minimum 'O' level or Diploma in any field
* Possess a Class 3/3A Driving License
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with native Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
