Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a provider of data center and hybrid computing solutions headquartered in Hong Kong. They are actively looking to hire a Property Management Lead to be responsible for operation and client satisfaction of corporate premium accounts in the Data Center business. A successful candidate can expect an attractive remuneration package with good benefits.

The Responsibilities:

* Build, maintain, and manage good relationships with current and potential customers
* Championing and owning customer retention by partnering with sales on upselling
* Monitor customer health across the customer journey and taking data driven actions to influence the right behavior
* Manage and perform post-sales service delivery, ensures client satisfaction are met
* Collaborate with other teams to solve customer's issue
* Advocate customer's needs, introducing and educating customer on new features
* Handle billing enquiries as well as making amendments on billing matters
* Manage incident/issues occurred, escalate to relevant parties to solve customer's issue
* Communicate with stakeholders on all relevant information such as progress to SLAs and areas of improvement

The Requirements:

* Degree in Marketing/ Real Estate/ Engineering/ Property Management or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of experience in incident management, client servicing and account management
* With knowledge on Data Center products and services will be an added advantage
* Self-driven, good team player with collaborative personality
* Good computer knowledge especially in MS Office
* Must possess ITIL V3 foundation certificate
