The Responsibilities:

The Cloud Support Engineer is part of their global matrix team, and you will be reporting directly to the hiring manager of the team in Europe. This role in Singapore is a client facing role. Your foremost responsibility is to solve customer's most complex technical issues for them. This role requires you to support clients during escalations, be as the subject matter expert for clients, and to also provide trainings and upskilling for them. On this role, you are required to work with cross-functional teams to provide the best customer service for clients.

This role is also part of the DevOps environment, where you are present to support new product release readiness (requirement definition, automation identification, and troubleshooting).

Your function is to also improve the customer experience services, support readiness, including being part of the product strategy of the business. You are tasked to gather feedback from clients for future service and capability improvements. Travel to client site is required with this role.

The Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should be a Cloud professional familiar in a DevOps environment and client facing. Your responsibility will be as follow but not limited to:

* Preferably more than 8 years of relevant career experience in cloud infrastructure domain
* Education within Computer Science and Information Systems
* Familiar with RedHat Enterprise Linux (CentOS)
* Good knowledge Shell Scripting (Bash, Python, Perl)
* Familiar with DNS Infrastructure
* A major plus should you are familiar with Content Delivery Networks (CDN)
* Ability to liaise, maintain, nurture, and develop relationship professionally across different (internal and external) stakeholders
* High level of drive for result, solution-based attitude, motivational tactics, and use of performance management - goal-oriented
* Able to relate, connect, and work with a diverse management styles for supporting growth
* Methodical and logical approach to problem solving - seeks, identifies and resolves hidden problems, continuous improvement mindset
