The primary goal of this role and position is to perform in Singapore by meeting and exceeding sales and business objectives. The Senior Sales Manager must be a highly driven and experienced software salesperson who represents the organization as a company and a brand. This "business-to-business" salesperson should be able to create leads, prospect target accounts for new business, develop existing customers, and build and work with channel partners in his operating territory.

The Senior Sales Manager position requires experience selling technical software solutions to all stakeholders in the AEC business, from design through construction to property development project owners. This is a "solutions-oriented" position that employs consultative sales strategies, training, and resources to ensure the success of the Senior Sales Manager. The incumbent is required to carry out his responsibilities in accordance with the company's goals and to demonstrate to customers the value of solutions and goods.

The Responsibilities:

* Plan and carry out support and BIM implementation activities before and after sales
* Analyze individual customer needs and requirements in close collaboration with relevant team members
* Assist in marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and activities
* Stay updated with latest developments in technology, industry practices, marketplace, and competitor activities
* Manage key client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
* Undertakes ad hoc duties/projects when requested
* Deliver presentations, conduct sales meetings, and present at relevant conferences
* Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
* Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
* Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships
* Develop and maintain prospect customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in CRM system
* Analyse market trends and accordingly develop marketing, business development, and sales plans to increase brand awareness
* Manage key customer-related issues - sales, pricing, and process improvement matters in a timely manner
* Responsible for tracking key customer information, forecasts, and reports

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing sales or related field of study
* Able to demonstrate sales record (5-8 years) at a high level of achievement
* Solutions-selling experience in the AEC industry of Singapore or in the Southeast Asia region: hardware, software, services or other technical product
* Having strong Southeast Asia AEC contacts especially with architectural, interior design, project management consultancy and/or construction firms and companies (preferably at the main contractor level) would be an added advantage
* A self-starter with strong analytical, presentation skills and possess the professional ability to interact with any level within an organization
* Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team
