Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the Japanese MNCs. They are urgently looking to hire a HR & Admin Assistant Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Manage overall HR & Admin duties as an office manager in a start-up company environment
* Assist on daily administrative activities
* Answer phone calls & arrange for meeting
* Filling, Sorting Document, and administrative duties
* Arrange for staff travel claims
* Purchase of stationery & pantry supply
* Maintain computer and manual filing systems
* Providing administrative support to the PA of CEO
* Maintain and upkeep employees' profiles
* Administration and monitoring of various MOM matters such as employment passes, tax clearance, leave reimbursement, inquiries, and quarterly surveys
* Support the recruitment/hiring process including coordinating interviews, issuing employment contracts, applying for employment passes & dependent pass
* Ad hoc HR Administration duties as assigned

The Requirements:

* Great communication skills: Fluent in English, both verbal and written to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking clients
* Advantage if candidate has newly set up office experience
* At least 5 years relevant experience
* Basic HR knowledge and experience
* Flexible and proactive person
