Corporate Planning Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description

Our client Service/Product: Natural Gas
The Responsibilities:
• Execute plans to implement the business strategy for new business avenues and platforms
• Implement the setup plans for the regional headquarters
• Collect data and information to support planning and development of new business avenues
• Execute information gathering for development and implementation plans of new business or market expansion
• Facilitate the coordination of resources for the implementation of setup plans for the regional headquarters
• Manage the operational tasks of board meetings and general assemblies, conducted in Japanese
• Adhere to processes, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and without errors
• Proactively identify and implement efficiencies and improvements in processes as needed
• Assist/Execute ad-hoc tasks as directed by Manager, ensuring flawless execution

Requirements

The Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Business or Management Studies preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate planning, with a strong preference for those with experience in asset management, especially in energy projects
• Proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese stakeholders
• Proven ability to follow processes meticulously and execute tasks without mistakes

Location: Central, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.40pm
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
