Our Client:
RGF is representing a reputable conglomerate, specializing in Retail & F&B. They are actively looking to hire an Account Manager to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Prospecting, identifying, and onboarding new accounts
* Maintaining and expanding long-lasting relationships with 25 to 30 key accounts
* Working with your named key accounts to identify their biggest challenges and opportunities and looking for ways we can help them with those challenges and opportunities
* Resolving any issues and problems faced by key accounts and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
* Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
The Requirements:
* Prior experience in Sales, Account, Operations, or Business Development role preferably in the F&B Industry
* Familiarity or keen interest in the local and international food scene
* Collaborative, fast-moving and comfortable with change
* Sales-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
* Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities
