Job Description

Our Client:
RGF represents one of the largest travel agencies around the world. They are actively looking to hire a Group Operations Executive to join their growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Liaise with relevant parties/authorities to make airline, tour and hotel arrangements and negotiate for attractive itinerary and tour pricing for our travel packages
* Issuance of all group air tickets and process air ticket refund if required, maintain the travellers record
* Prepare Pre-tour briefing 2 weeks before group tour departure (preparation of
* briefing booklet, check travellers' details, issue air tickets, etc.)
* Prepare Tour guide assignments and prepare EO for tour guide's expenses and salary
* Time to time, assist main Japan Group and F.I.T Product planner on creating travel packages
* Prepare contents for tour package flyer including setting tour fee
* Any other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality with relevant work experience
* Having product planning experience in Travel Industry would be a plus
* Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills
