Job Description

Our Client:

Our client operates a competitive energy and infrastructure solutions & services. They are actively looking to hire a Deputy Manager in Business Development to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Supports the Head of Business Development to grow the natural gas, power, renewables and utilities business
* Identify new business opportunities as well as develop pipeline of projects in the energy business in both Singapore and overseas
* Actively explore partnerships and new ventures for development
* Develop greenfield projects, brownfield projects and M&A projects, including performing technical evaluation, financial evaluation and make recommendations on potential projects in Singapore and overseas markets
* Support Power & Renewables in deals execution, including financial analysis, modelling, commercial structuring, bid preparation, financing and documentation
* Gather market intelligence / research, track comparable transactions for market knowledge / insights

The Requirements:

* Degree in Business, Economics, or any Engineering discipline
* Good knowledge of the energy business including natural gas, power, renewables, and utilities market
* Willing to travel frequently on a short notice
* At least 4 years of relevant working experience
* Able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
