Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Manufacturer of various Medical Equipment and devices, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for a Vice President (Medical Device Sales) to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and manage sales managers across multiple APAC territories
• Design and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Drive revenue growth through expansion of key accounts and acquisition of new clients (hospitals, clinics, government entities, distributors)
• Work closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Clinical teams to deliver tailored commercial solutions
• Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Build strong relationships with KOLs and procurement decision-makers across the healthcare ecosystem
• Ensure compliance with local medical regulations and internal corporate policies
• Provide regular performance updates and forecasts to senior leadership
