The Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Salesforce leader who is up to in leading a small team of Salesforce development professionals. As the Salesforce tech lead, you are responsible to spearhead the implementation of the Salesforce solutions with the aim of delivering the projects.

Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:

* Guide and nurture a small group of Salesforce developers, promoting a cooperative as well as high performance of the team. You are also tasked to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
* You are to offer technical advice and assistance to your team members, ensuring the overall success of the development stages
* Work closely with stakeholders to collect their needs and convert them into technical blueprints that are deliverable. You are to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively and provide regular updates on project progress
* Create, build, and deploy tailored Salesforce solutions, encompassing Apex classes, lightning web components, triggers, Visualforce pages, and integrations. You are also to evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices for Salesforce development
* Define and implement scalable and maintainable Salesforce architecture solutions
* Supervise and monitor the complete execution of Salesforce projects. You are to ensure the projects are aligned with its schedule, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks
* Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to ensure the quality and security of Salesforce solutions
* Perform testing and debugging of applications to resolve issues and optimize performance
* Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions. Comprising of design records, release notes, and user manuals

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Track record in leading and managing Salesforce development teams. Solid experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery Ability to communicate effectively and with good interpersonal skills
* Certified Platform Developer II and/or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly desirable
* Familiar in working with Integrated Development Environments (IDE), like Visual Studio Code (VS Code), for writing/managing the Apex Code (enterprise pattern)
* Experience in developing Salesforce Lightning components using the Aura framework
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration capabilities and able to recommend best practices and identify areas where custom development is required
* Ability to leverage customization of Salesforce objects, Salesforce workflows, and Process Builder to automate processes and improve Service productivity/adoption
* Experience designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, Visualforce pages, and email generation according to application requirements
* Ability to achieve desired business outcomes through defining system architecture, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering best solutions
