Job Title: Sales Manager (Energy and Offshore)

Our Client: Our client excels in providing comprehensive offshore energy solutions tailored to the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. Their offerings include end-to-end services such as turnkey project systems, front-end engineering design (FEED) consultancy, project management, and installation and commissioning. They also integrate advanced IoT and ICT network infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and connectivity. Additionally, the company is expanding into renewable energy by equipping vessels operating in offshore wind farms with cutting-edge communication equipment, showcasing their commitment to supporting sustainable energy transitions in the maritime industry​

Reporting to the Head of Energy, we are seeking a Sales Manager (Energy and Offshore) to expand our presence in the Oil/Gas and offshore markets at both local and regional levels.

The Responsibilities:

* Identifying new prospects and recommending suitable marine products and integrated systems/services to ensure sea worthiness
* Managing and analyzing sales leads to develop and forecast business plans for potential customers
* Implementing and executing business plans in alignment with corporate goals to achieve sales targets
* Collaborating with the internal proposal team to create high-quality proposals that meet customer needs
* Working closely with the technical team to optimize sales efficiency and ensure timely delivery of systems and services
* Handling customer inquiries and maintaining relationships with existing clients
* Undertaking other assigned ad hoc duties as necessary

The Requirements:

* Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* 4-8 years of relevant work experience with a strong sales track record
* Solid knowledge of the marine industry within the Energy Sector
* Experience as Ex-Sailors, Ex-Radio Officers, or Ex-Navy personnel is advantageous
* Established network and customer contacts with local and regional shipyards and ship owners
* Strong business acumen, along with excellent communication and presentation skills
