Job Description

Our Client:
A Japanese consulting firm is currently in search of a Senior Consultant focused on IT Service Management.

The Responsibilities:
・Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of IT department in the client organization
・Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department
・Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions
・Analyze workload of each project and task Adjust master schedule of each project
・Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for IT department
・Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc.)
・Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
・Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement, etc.)

Requirements

The Requirements:
・Bachelor’s Degree and above. With 10-15 years of work experience
・Experience in consulting
・At least 3 year of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience for IT project
・Documentation experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) context (PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills are required)
・Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
・Proficiency in Japanese language (Business level) is required to be able to liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking stakeholders
・With client-facing experience is highly advantageous
