Our client is one of the most rapidly expanding brands within the Telecommunications sector of Asia-Pacific. We are dedicated to continuous improvement and providing consistently exceptional service to our valued customers.

Due to expansion plan, they are actively looking for a Senior Analyst in Digital Transformation to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis

* Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to recognize inefficiencies and areas for improvement
* Collaborate across departments to meticulously gather and analyse data pertaining to business operations

Strategic Planning

* Create and execute strategic plans for business transformation initiatives
* Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with overarching organizational objectives

Project Management

* Lead full-cycle project management for transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and successful project completion
* Monitor project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation to maintain alignment with project objectives

Change Management

* Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the smooth implementation of new processes and technologies
* Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations and address concerns

Technology Integration

* Evaluate and recommend technological solutions that support the goals of business transformation
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to seamlessly integrate new technologies into existing systems

Documentation of Business Processes

* Generate comprehensive documentation of current business processes, encompassing workflows, system interactions, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Develop detailed process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity regarding current business operations

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Project Management
* Demonstrated success in leading business transformation projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Relevant project management skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Relevant foundations with principles of change management
* Proficiency in project management tools, data analytics software, and relevant technologies
* Knowledge of Visio, CI, LEAN, Six Sigma systems is advantageous
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Willingness to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
* Effective at planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to meet critical deadlines
