Job Description
The Client:
Our Client is one of the world's largest land transport companies, established more than 20 years in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
* Timely submission of financial and management reports.
* Ensure statutory reporting complies with IFRS and local GAAP.
* Manage tax compliance and accounting for CIT and indirect taxes.
* Control SG&A expenditures within budget.
* Uphold corporate governance standards.
* Establish internal controls for business processes.
* Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors.
* Design and improve finance systems and policies.
* Oversee finance systems and maintain accurate ledgers.
* Prepare forecasts and budgets.
* Support ERP system rollout.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance, with CPA/ CA/ ACCA certification.
* Minimum 8 years of working experience, inclusive of 3 years in big 4 accounting firms.
* Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Excellent accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
* Leadership and team management abilities.
* Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with SAP and Oracle systems is good to have.
