Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Our Client: Our client, a leading engineering firm, specializes in delivering innovative solutions in the field of construction and project management. With a strong focus on project coordination, cost control, and engineering expertise, they consistently exceed industry standards. Their commitment to safety and client satisfaction makes them a trusted partner in the Oil and Gas petrochemical construction sector. Your main responsibility will be to supervise maintenance sites of the organization and offers technical assistance to site representatives.
The Responsibilities:
* Supervise maintenance sites and provide technical support to site representatives
* Manage site managers, engineers, and superintendents to execute maintenance, repair, shutdown maintenance, and capital expenditure projects for Petrochemical/Chemical Plant facilities
* Address client inquiries, conduct site tours, estimate costs, and present commercial proposals
* Develop working budgets and manage costs with engineer assistance
* Ensure efficient job management prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity
* Coordinate field activities and attend work coordination meetings
* Assist the General Manager in manpower planning and projections
* Undertake additional assignments assigned by the company's authorized officer, fulfilling duties diligently to enhance the company's image and business prospects
* Proactively create a safe working environment and enforce HSE rules consistently
* Consider HSE aspects in task planning to mitigate hazards, aspects, and risks
The Requirements:
* Preferably holds a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Ideally possesses 8 to 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or related industries, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or Managerial role.
* Proficient in process plant maintenance and project management.
