Job Description:

* Research, develop, and implement cutting-edge technology for air traffic management
* Collaborate with regional research institutes and partners to develop new concepts
* Solve complex air traffic management problems influenced by political, technological, social, economic, and environmental factors
* Work with a team of innovative individuals in Singapore and the United States
* Expand knowledge of technologies developed for global applications, including the US and Singapore
* Lead projects of various sizes and complexity, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion
* Provide clear and effective direction to a team of system and software engineers
* Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 12+ years of prior experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of prior experience
* Experience in the Air Traffic Management domain preferred
* Knowledge of Air Traffic Management principles, including conflict detection and avoidance, Reduced Vertical Separation Minima (RVSM), Trajectory Prediction
* Familiarity with Air Traffic Flow Management principles, including surface, arrival, and departure management, flow and sequence management, with a preference for Asia-Pacific strategies
* Understanding of future initiatives such as Flight and Flow Information for a Collaborative Environment (FF-ICE), Free Route Airspace (FRA), System Wide Information Management (SWIM)
* Familiarity with ICAO Aviation System Block Upgrades (ASBU)
* Self-starter and problem solver with innovative approaches
* Strong project management skills
* Leadership qualities to direct a team effectively
