Job Description
Our client: A multinational Korean trade and distribution company which is specialized for petroleum product.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth trade administration and bunker operations.
* Input daily transactions, manage contracts, and update files.
* Provide timely updates to traders and prepare trading documents.
* Generate daily transaction reports and coordinate bunker scheduling.
* Verify supplier statements, issue invoices, and resolve disputes.
* Assist in month-end closing and collaborate with departments as needed.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with finance, accounting, or trading
* Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Adaptability and multitasking capabilities.
Location: Singapore
