It provides concierge service via phone/website where the members can book hotel/restaurant and purchase gifts.
We are currently looking for a customer service manager to help to build customer relations and manage service team.
- Manage a team of service staff, motivates them and responsible for performance of the team.
- Handle customers enquiries in courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure payment condition and follow up.
- Manage customer database.
- Other ad hoc work.
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Minimum 5 years in a customer service experience in service industry or similar industry.
- At least 1 year experience in management role.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
