Job Description

• To provide full service banking and all transaction to high net worth clients.
• Establish new relationship and manage existing relationship in order to achieve organizational goals.
• Offer expert guidance on customized solutions to customers and provide professional services for all their banking needs based on their risk profile.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise by working closely with product team and product providers.
• Ensure complete KYC, calls reports and documentation.
• Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs set.

Requirements

• Significant experience in relationship management in the banking sector.
• Proven track record of managing relationship with key clients.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
• Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving.
• Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
• Excellent understanding of financial markets and products.
