Our client is a grasp of actual condition of the fund. Updating of EXIT Strategy, Maintain Relation with Investees, attending directors meeting and understanding of the investee’s situation.
At the exit process, creating Investment Committee Memorandum(IPO, Selling out).
Working with lawyers and preparing contracts and so on.
We are currently looking for a Portfolio Manager to:
*Preparing and explaining quarterly report for LPs.(Meeting, Teleconference).
*Biz Trip to SEA every month to meet with LPs and Investees.
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
*Fund management experience at Investment Fund in SEA, ASIA.
Or consulting firm FAS, transaction team or execution at PE, VC, Financial Institutes.
*Experience of Investment to FIGS and Fintech.
*Deal execution ability.
